Most importantly, we maintain a regular channel of communication with the vendor throughout the sales process so that the property owner is fully briefed on the status of their sale transaction.

Officially known as the Nursing Homes Support Scheme, the “Fair Deal” scheme is a financial support to people who find themselves needing long term nursing care in a nursing home environment. The level of funding support from the HSE is dependent on the value of the person’s assets, and a valuation of the person’s family home (and other properties/land as applicable) is required. When a loved one passes away, the executor of the estate needs to provide a value of the deceased person’s combined assets to the solicitor handling the estate.
