ENNIS GOUGH combines the experience, marketing flair and passion of qualified estate agents David Ennis and Deirdre Gough.

With over 35 years of sales and marketing experience between us, we believe we are in a position to deliver an exacting standard of customer service and support to our clients in the sale or letting of their property, while committing to achieve the best return possible on that sale.

Both David Ennis and Deirdre Gough are licensed Property Service Providers, registered on the public registry of the National Property Services Regulatory Authority (NPSRA).

DAVID ENNIS

David is a graduate of Dublin’s College of Marketing & Design, and has since worked in sales and customer relations roles including service with global brands such as Hilton, Lufthansa and Abbey National Financial Services. David has over 5 years experience of sales and lettings in the Waterford property market.
He holds an IPAV qualification in estate agency & auctioneering.  He is an affiliate member of the Irish Property & Facilities Management Association and Waterford Chamber. David lives in Waterford city.

    

DEIRDRE GOUGH

Deirdre holds an IPAV qualification in Estate Agency and Auctioneering and has several years experience in sales and lettings both in Ireland and the UK.
Prior to becoming a partner in Ennis Gough Property, Deirdre most recently worked with IBEC South East as a Business Development Executive. Since graduating from Oaklands College, Hertfordfordshire her career has been in sales and marketing.
Deirdre has recently completed a course in Renewable and Sustainable Energy in Waterford Institute of Technology, which gave an insight into renewable energy and house construction. Deirdre is an active member of Waterford Chamber and Network Waterford. She is a native of Co Waterford.
